Bruce leads the Mainstar’s dedicated team of professionals. 

With over thirty years of experience within the broker dealer, registered investment advisor, asset management and alternative investment space, Bruce brings a continued focus on Mainstar Trust’s clients and their retirement goals.

Carmen serves as the Cheif Operating Officer and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of various departments within Mainstar.  Carmen has over 20 years of experience with self-directed IRAs and is an expert at navigating the alternative investment industry.

Nueva serves as Mainstar’s Chief Administrative Officer and is responsible for managing functions that are crucial to the smooth operation of the company.  Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including managing several departments and overseeing technology.

Stacy serves as Vice President at Mainstar playing a key role in the daily operations.  Stacy has many areas of expertise and strives to make each and every account holder's communication experience a positive one.

Marleen reviews potential new assets to see if they are administratively feasible to hold at Mainstar Trust. All new assets reviewed are unique and typically are not publicly traded.

Jean leads Mainstar’s dedicated team of professionals to help account holders reach their retirement goals. With experience managing teams in retirement services, mutual fund and insurance custody, and wire transfer, Jean knows the value a strong operational focus has on an organization.  

Jordan is a man of many hats, working hands-on with both existing and future Mainstar customers, financial advisors, and investment sponsors to maximize their experience.
